DENNIE LEE ROBERTSON, 80, of Fort Gay, W.Va., entered into his eternal home on Saturday, January 4, 2020. He gave his life to the Lord, September 1958, and was loved and cherished by so many.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Finley and Clara Bell Robertson; four brothers, Clarence Robertson, Richard Eugene Robertson, David B. Robertson, and infant Curtis Robertson; and two sisters, Sara Ellen Robertson and Virginia Robertson Watts.
Survivors include his loving wife of 60 years, Gladys Cox Robertson; two sons, Randall (Sheri) Robertson of Genoa, W.Va., and Robert J. Robertson of Kenova, W.Va.; two daughters, Barbara (Eddie) Robertson of Fort Gay, and Crystal (John) Napier of Edmonton, Ky.; four grandsons, Justin (Joy) Robertson, Jason Robertson, Airman 1st Class Brian Robertson, and Alex Napier; five granddaughters, Amanda (Craig) Evans, Brandi (Beecher) Robertson, April (Shawn) Marcum, Lea Ann Robertson, and Bailey Jo Napier; and six great grandchildren, Logan, Braylen, Mason, Easton, Landon, and Harper.
Also surviving is one brother, Roy (Maysie) Robertson of Genoa; one sister, Edith Watts of Huntington; very special neighbors, Doug and Vickie Diamond; and too many friends to mention. The family would like to extend thanks to the staff at Three Rivers Medical Center for their care and support.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Paige and Brother Gary Robertson officiating. Burial will follow in Community Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday, at the funeral home.
