ADRIAN BLANKENSHIP, 73, of Huntington, W.Va., went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 15, 2021.  He was born December 29, 1947 in Huntington, W.Va., a son of the late Clyde and Ellen Marie Blankenship.  Also preceding him in death were two sisters, Anna Lou Maynard and Quilla Ratcliff; and one brother Autho Blankenship.  Adrian was a member of Eastview Baptist Church in Huntington.

Survivors include his loving wife of 51 years, Carolyn Blankenship; one daughter, Cheryl (Jerry) Wilson of Chatsworth, Ga.; two sons, Kevin (Anita) Blankenship of Kenova, W.Va., and Adrian Robert Blankenship of Huntington; three grandchildren, Timothy Robert (Amanda) Force of Chatsworth, Nathan Force, and Rusty Napier, both of Huntington; four great grandchildren, Helena Anderson, Maggie Anderson, Kellin Force, Caroline Self, and four more on the way. Also surviving are two brothers, Dexel (Wanda) Blankenship, and Denny (Donna) Blankenship, both of Huntington; and a host of family and friends too numerous to mention.

Private services will be held for the family.  Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.
