BILLIE K. SMITH, 69, of Genoa, W.Va., passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.  She was born November 9, 1947 at Stephenson, W.Va., a daughter of the late Clifton "Buck" and Phyllis Meadows.  Her husband John K. Smith also preceded her in death along with one brother, Michael Meadows.  Billie will always be remembered for her love of God and her generous heart.

She leaves behind one daughter, Angela (Joey) Lawson of Genoa; and special friends Ed Griffin, who loved and cared for her dearly, Marsha Mattingly, of Huntington, W.Va., Billy Amrhein of Johnson City, Tenn.

The funeral procession will leave Johnson Tiller Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Monday, March 6, 2017 for graveside services on her property with Preacher Ronnie Ross officiating.  Friends may call after 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
