BOBBY JOE NAPIER, 58, of Sidney, Ohio, formerly of Kiahsville, W.Va., passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Wilson Memorial Hospital.  He was born January 27, 1959 at East Lynn, W.Va., a son of the late Edgar and Milda Napier.  Survivors include his loving wife of 25 years, Georgia Sue Mabry Napier; one daughter, Felicia Napier (Jerry Ross) of Sidney; and special friends Terry Maynard of Kiahsville, and Mark Geise of Sidney.  Also surviving are five brothers, Charles (Patty) Napier, Roger (Kathy) Napier, and David (Rosita) Napier, all of Sidney, Kenneth (Teresa) Napier of East Lynn, and John Napier of Sidney; four sisters, Linda Massengil of Sidney, Jewel (Mark) Napier of Wayne, Judy (Dickie) King, and Donna Napier (Darrell), all of Sidney; and nieces, nephews, friends, and family too numerous to mention.  Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with Brother Jack Marcum officiating.  Burial will follow at the Wade Adkins Cemetery, Kiahsville.  Friends may call after 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
