CARLOS GLENN RAMEY, 67, of Genoa, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 12, 2024.  He was born March 26, 1956, in Lavalette, W.Va., a son of the late James and Ethel Ramey.  Also preceding him in death were brothers David Ramey, Don Ramey, Darrell Ramey, and Dale Ramey.  Carlos was a member of Isaac Park Baptist Church in Louisa, Kentucky and a retired construction worker.  He loved fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors.

Carlos leaves behind his loving wife of 26 years, Tammy Ramey; one sister Carolyn (Scott) Chandler of Wayne; several dear brothers and sisters-in-law, whom he loved; special friends Al & Vickie Hensley, Jimmy & Jamie Jackson, and Roy & Elna Lewis; his fishing buddy Kevin (Doris) Hendrick, all of Genoa; and a host of beloved nieces, nephews, family, and friends too numerous to mention.  The family would like to extend a special thank you to his nephew Scotty Ramey and Tiffany for all their help and love.

Funeral services will be conducted at noon on Friday, February 16, 2024, at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with Pastors Dave Thompson and Casey Cyrus officiating.  Burial will follow in the Ramey Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 11 a.m.
