CHARLES ELBA FRAZIER, 80, of Wayne, W.Va., passed away Thursday, October 9, 2026, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. He was born April 24, 1946, at Stiltner, W.Va., a son of the late Stella and Callaway Frazier. Also preceding him in death were siblings James Taylor Frazier, Robert Frazier, Anna Sue Savitz, twins John Harmon Frazier and Joshua Franklin, and an additional infant son. Charles was a US Navy veteran and a retired carpet and drywall installer.

Survivors include two children, Charles Taylor Frazier and Roberta Frazier; several grandchildren; one brother, Glen Frazier of Wayne; two sisters, Verla Mae Merritt of Industry, Penn., and Daisy Kathleen Lambert of Dalton, Ga.; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:30 Monday, October 12, 2026, at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with military honors performed by the American Legion Post 93. Burial will follow in Sanders Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:30.
