CHARLES RICHARD MILLER, JR., 66, of Huntington, W.Va. died Friday, April 5, 2019.  Born November 7, 1952, Charles was a US Navy Veteran.  He was the son of the late Charles Richard Miller, Sr., and Betty Jean (Wolford) Miller; the husband of the late Paula Miller; and the brother of Robert P. Miller.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, April 12, 2019 at the Donel C. Kinnard State Veterans Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.
