CHARLES BERNARD STILTNER, 73, of Genoa, W.Va., died Friday, February 19, 2016 at home.  He was born September 24, 1942 in Monaville, W.Va., a son of the late Elba and Ida Fry Stiltner.  Also preceding him in death were two daughters, Rachel and Suzie Stiltner.

Survivors include his step-daughter, Lizette White of Florida; sister-in-law, Suzie Faye Stiltner of Lavalette, W.Va.; nieces Beth Albright of Huntington, W.Va., and Margaret Richmond of North Carolina; nephew Bill Stiltner of Lavalette; and special friends Jerry Unroe and Wanda Sue, both of Ohio.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Monday, February 22, 2016 at the Jasper Ferguson Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.
