CHESTER LYNN NAPIER, 84 of Wayne, W.Va., passed away June 12, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was born October 31, 1933 in Wayne, a son of the late Edgar and Effie Napier. He was also preceded in death by all of his brothers and sisters, Charles, David, Denver, Glenn, Dennis, Donald, Carol Humo-Griffith, Barbara Godby, and Tootsie Ransbottom.

Survivors include his loving wife of 65 years, Sally Napier; Chester Leonard Napier and his wife and family of Kenova, W.Va., Lisa "Gal"  (John) Akers of Wayne, Shanna (Jacob) Perry of Kenova, Dalton "Big D" Bradley of Wayne, Chetley (Amy) Napier, Dyllan Perry, Shalynn Perry, Winston Perry, Braxton Napier, Nevaeh Napier, all of Kenova, Mark (Michelle) Napier of Cleveland, Oh., Cookie "Shyke" Skeens of Wayne, Debbie Thompson of Kenova, Tim (Judy) Mills of Cleveland, Tonya Skeens, Tanner Napier, both of Huntington, Charles Skeens, Johnny Ferrell, Little Chester Ross, Dale Maynard, Jay Newman Tomblin, Norman Wooten, Pearley McSweeney, JC Buskirk, his fur-baby Cheyenne, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and family too numerous to mention.

Visitation will begin at noon on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home followed by funeral service at 1 p.m. officiated by his granddaughter, Lisa Napier-Akers.  He will then be laid to rest at the Napier Cemetery.
