CONNIE SUE SLONE, 55, of Wayne, W.Va., passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022.  She was born October 18, 1966, in Huntington, W.Va., a daughter of Homer Ferguson of Wayne, and the late Joan Ferguson.  Her brother Ronnie Ferguson also preceded her in death.

In addition to her father, she is survived by three daughters, Felicia (Chris) Vance, Teresa Steele, and Ronny Spry; one son Eric Maynard, all of Wayne; and six beloved grandchildren, Courtney Vance, Carly Vance, Kaden Steele, Aubrea Steele, Chloe Steele, and Sophia Nicely.

Also surviving are three brothers, Jimmie (Theresa) Ferguson of Wayne, Donald (Tina) Ferguson also of Wayne, and Randy (Debra) Ferguson of Arkansas; several nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, February 21, 2022, at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Arrowood Dutton Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
