DALLAS "RAY" PELFREY, 57, of Wayne, W.Va., passed away peacefully at home on Friday, June 14, 2019.  He was born April 6, 1962 in Huntington, W.Va., a son of the late Paul and Thelma Wilkes Pelfrey.  His brother Roy Lee Pelfrey also preceded him in death.  He leaves behind three daughters, Erin (Brad) Palmer of Princeton, W.Va., Jessi Pelfrey of Oceana, W.Va., and Shara Talbert of Huntington, W.Va.; one son, Sam Runyon of Huntington; and nine grandchildren, Halie, Taylor, Madison, Jinna, Lilly, Sadie, Cheyenne, Emma, and Forrest.

Also surviving are two brothers, Frank (Carole) Pelfrey, and Paul Pelfrey of Wayne; one sister, Alice Webb, also of Wayne; nieces, nephews, family, friends, and co-workers, all whom he loved dearly.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Adkins Cemetery, Miller's Fork.  Visitation will begin at noon on Tuesday at the funeral home.  Donations to assist with final expenses can be made by selecting the "Appeal For Donations" tab beneath Ray's picture.
