DANIEL LEE MAXWELL, 35, of Wayne, W.Va., passed away Friday, November 10, 2017 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.  He was born December 17, 1981 at Chattanooga, Tenn., and worked in construction.  He was preceded in death by a sister, Malisha Maxwell; his maternal grandfather Jack Stovall; his uncle Roger Perry; and one cousin John Perry.

He leaves behind his mother Marilyn Maxwell of Wayne; his father Ernest Lee Maxwell; three sisters, Chasity Mays of Mississippi, Chanity Hartman and Latisha Maxwell both of Wayne; one brother, Junior Evitt of Wayne; his children, Breana Maxwell and Andrew Maxwell; two aunts, Sherri Hyde and Rosie Perry, both of Wayne; and a host of friends and family.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with Brother Willard Pierce officiating.  Burial will follow at Community Memorial Gardens.  Friends may call after 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
