DENNIS LEE KREGER, SR., 66, of Wayne, W.Va., died Thursday, June 9, 2016 at the Genesis Sistersville Center, Sistersville, W.Va., following an extended illness.  He was born April 11, 1949 in Toledo, Ohio, a son of the late Elmer and Frances Kreger.  Dennis was a retired police officer with the City of Ashland, Kentucky.

He leaves behind his son, Dennis Lee Kreger Jr., of Wayne; one brother Danny Ray Kreger of Prichard, W.Va.; and two nephews, Billy (Melissa) Kreger of Ashland, Ky., and Danny Ray Kreger Jr. of Kentucky.

Private services will be conducted by Johnson Tiller Funeral Home, Wayne.
