DOUGLAS LEE ADAMS, 36, of Branchland, W.Va., formerly of East Lynn, W.Va., passed away Saturday, August 8, 2026, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Born October 13, 1989, in Huntington, W.Va., Doug graduated from Wayne High School in 2009 and was a machinist. He attended Liberty Church and loved playing guitar.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elmer and Shelby Davis of Branchland, W.Va., and Auda and Louisa Adams of East Lynn, W.Va.

Survivors include his parents, Connie and Omer Adams; two brothers, Jason Adams and Mark Adams, all of East Lynn; and two daughters, Haylee Adams, also of East Lynn, and Paisley Adams of Huntington. He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as many dear friends who will miss him greatly.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 15, 2026, at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with Ministers Eddie Parsons and Henley Adkins officiating.
