JANICE ROSE NAPIER , 67, of Wayne, W.Va., went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 13, 2021.  She was born July 15, 1953 at Wayne, W.Va., a daughter of the late Raymond and Louise Rowe.  One brother Rodger Rowe also preceded her in death.  She leaves behind two daughters, Amy (Tim) Harmon, and Melissa (Billy) Russell; four grandchildren, Jessica (James) Horan, Christopher Lee Johnson, Timmy Harmon, and Colton Johnson, all of Wayne; five brothers and sisters, Pat Ball of Huntington, W.Va., Bob (Scheilla) Rowe of Genoa, W.Va., Jody (Roy) Adkins of Lincoln County, W.Va., Connie Grubb of Huntington, and James (Carla) Rowe of Ohio; several special nieces and nephews; and friends too numerous to mention.  The family would like to thank the staff of Huntington Health & Rehab for their care and support over the past two years.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with Pastors Tony Clay and Mike Dillon officiating.  Burial will follow in the Rowe Family Cemetery, Genoa.  Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
