JESSE JOE SCOTT, 48, of Wayne, W.Va., died on Thursday, December 22, 2016.  He was born October 22, 1968, in Cleveland, OH.  Joe worked at several tree companies and was also a truck driver.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Orbie and Birdie Scott, Grandpa and Grandma Sewell.

Survivors include his parents, Donald Ray and Rose M. Sewell Scott of Wayne; two sons, Andrew Scott (Heather Adkins) of Wayne, Brad Allen Scott (Jessica) of Gallipolis, OH; and two grandchildren, Abbie and Braylen Scott.

Also surviving is one sister, Sherry Brooks (Brady) of Wayne; the mother of his children Monica Britton Scott; his significant other Angela Bartchim; six nieces and nephews, Shyanna, Jenny, Paul, Shawn, Eric and Robert; and a host of family and friends who will greatly miss him .

Funeral services will be conducted at noon on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Napier Cemetery.  Friends may call after 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
