KERMIT MILLS III, 49, of Wayne, W.Va., passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2020 surrounded by his family.  He was preceded in death by his father Kermit Mills, Jr. and one nephew Jared Lee Christopher.

Survivors include his wife, Danita Mills; his mother Letha Davis of Wayne; eight children, Hannah (Tyler) Mills of Wayne, Breanna (Kelley) Mills, also of Wayne, Megan (Shayne) Smith of Hurricane, W.Va., Marissa Pelfrey of Huntingtin, W.Va., Staci (Harry) Thompson, Emmy Clark, Kermit (Tori) Mills IV, all of Wayne, and Aaron (Jessica) Thompson of Valdosta, Ga.; and 12 grandchildren, Mackenzie, Ashlynn, Jaxson, Dawson, Colt, Madden, Aniyah, Haven, Thomas, Benny, Keagan, and Luna.

Also surviving is one sister, Sherri Christopher of Wayne; two brothers, Garrett Mills and J.R. (Teresa) Mills, both of Wayne; and a host of family and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Hospice of Huntington, Dr. Valsecchi with HIMG Oncology as well as Lavalette PSD for their care, support, and friendship.
