LEWIS PERRY CAZAD, 78, of Wayne, W.Va., passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.  He was born June 8, 1939 in Cabell County, W.Va., a son of the late William and Ellen Hughes Cazad.  One brother, Paul Cazad, also preceded him in death along with two sisters, Virginia Meades and Alma Bennett.

Survivors include his brothers, William Cazad, Jr., Ivan Cazad, and Timothy Cazad, all of Huntington; one sister, Margie Burton, also of Huntington; and nieces, nephews, friends, and family too numerous to mention.

Funeral services will be conducted at noon on Friday, December 8, 2017 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Barker Ridge Cemetery.  Friends may call after 11 a.m. on Friday.
