LOIS Y.  "Bonnie" TONEY, 85, passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 23, 2022, in Ohio.  She was born July 14, 1936, in East Lynn, W.Va., a daughter of the late Maudie and Verdie Adkins.  Her husband, Carl "Red" Toney, also preceded her in death along with her son Brian Toney, and sisters Wilma "Jeanie" Booth and Carol Robertson.

Bonnie was a devoted wife, mom, and mammaw.  She is survived by her daughter Cindy Toney; grandson Jacob Toney; sister Patty Thompson; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, all who will miss her immensely.

She was laid to rest aside her husband in a private service at Elmwood Cemetery with her nephew Darrell Booth officiating.  Johnson Tiller Funeral Home assisted the family.
