MARY FRANCES “FRAN” DENNEY, 69, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, October 26, 2026. She was born March 24, 1957, in Gallipolis, a daughter of the late Charles and Charlotte Tussey. A devoted homemaker, Fran found genuine joy and fulfillment in caring for her home and those she loved. She was a member of Harris Baptist Church.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years, Charles S. Denney; her children, Charles “Heath” Denney (Misty) of Bidwell, Oh., and Brandon S. Denney (Meghan) of Gallipolis; grandchildren Charles “Gage” Denney of Bidwell, Cooper Denney and Tucker Denney, both of Gallipolis; along with a host of extended family and friends
