MURIEL LEE WILLIAMSON, 82, of Southgate, Michigan, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2026. She was born February 25, 1944, in Kirk, W.Va., a daughter of the late Thelma Marcum and Henry Maynard. Also preceding her in death were siblings Barbara Swaw, Homer Maynard, Madeline Marcum, Rhoda Bilancetti, Dallas Marcum, and Freda Swaw.

She is survived by her husband Andrew "J. R." Williamson; her daughters, Linnea West (John) and Tanya Williamson; her grandson Austin Booth; and her brother Darrell Marcum.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, July 17, 2026, at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with Pastor Roger Dempsey officiating. Burial will follow in the Williamson Family Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m.
