NORMA JEAN BELT, 82, of Wayne, W.Va., passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House.  She was born March 8, 1938 in Logan, W.Va., a daughter of the late Bill and Edith Holbrook.  Also preceding her in death was her husband, Virgil Belt; and six brothers and sisters, Minnie Dyer, Edra Smith, Judy Hamm, Ellen Holbrook, Billy Ray Holbrook, and Jerold Holbrook.

She is survived by one daughter, Roseanna Belt; one grandson, Christopher Shawn, both of Newark, Oh.; one sister, Joanna Gail Holbrook of Wayne, with whom she made her home; one brother, Jerry (Linda) Holbrook of Axton, Va.; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at the Maze Cemetery, Munday, W.Va. with procession leaving Johnson Tiller Funeral Home at 8:30 a.m.
