ODELL RAMEY, 79, of Wayne, W.Va., passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Cornerstone Hospital.  He was born February 17, 1940 at Stiltner, W.Va., a son of the late Lena and Garland "Boo Boo" Ramey.  His loving wife of 55 years, Nilene Ramey, also preceded him in death.  Odell retired from the maintenance department at Cabell Huntington Hospital.

He leaves behind his children, Karen (Mark) Howerton of Lavalette, W.Va. and Shannon (Christine) Ramey of Huntington, W.Va.; two grandchildren, Courtney Howerton and Easton Ramey, both of Huntington; one brother, James Shelton (Emogene) Ramey; two sisters, Barbara (Sammie) Queen, and Glenna Vance, all of Wayne; and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Black officiating.  Burial will follow at Community Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
