MRS. OPAL McCOMAS, 96, of Branchland, W.Va., went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 11, 2016.  She was born September 12, 1919 at Branchland, a daughter of the late Alexander and Pearl Watson.  Her husband, Roma Russell McComas also preceded her in death along with two sons, Freddy "Bud" McComas and Roma "Allen" McComas, two grandsons, Anthony Mills and Paul David McComas, and one great granddaughter, Casey Berry.

She leaves behind one daughter, Betty Mills of Branchland; one son, Larry (Kay) McComas of East Lynn, W.Va.; one sister Doris Hall of Barboursville, W.Va.; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 14, 2016 at the Liberty United Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Triplett officiating.  Burial will follow in the Dial Cemetery.  Friends may call after 6 p.m. Wednesday at the church.  Johnson Tiller Funeral Home is honored to serve the McComas family.
