OSCAR "PAPAW JACK" NANCE, 67, of Wayne, WV, was reunited with Mamaw Faye on Wednesday, August 8, 2018.  He was born October 4, 1950 at Hogsett, West Virginia, a son of the late Climpson and Macel Nance.  His loving wife, Faye Nance, also preceded him in death along with two brothers, Donald and Tommy Nance; one sister, Ellen Nelson; one step granddaughter, Valerie Nicely; and one great-grandchild, Ryland Christianson.

He leaves behind two daughters, Jacqueline McCoy and Valerie Nance, both of Wayne; five stepchildren, Randall Nicely, Susie McDaniel, both of Wayne, Jeff Nicely of Toledo, OH, Tink Nicely and Melissa Nicely, both of Wayne; and special grandchildren Ava Johnson and Jaylin Hood.

Also surviving are three sisters, Lois of Point Pleasant, WV, Margaret, Leona both of Wayne, Jane of Columbus, OH; and brother, Junior, of Middleton, OH; and a host of additional grandchildren, great grandchildren, friends and family too numerous to mention.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with Brother Johnny Gilkerson officiating.  Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.  Friends may call from 6 - 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
