PATTY GALE STAPLETON, 60, of East Lynn, W.Va., passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.  She was born December 23, 1960 at West Hamlin, W.Va., a daughter of Esta Caldwell and the late William George Caldwell.  Additional survivors include her husband, Rick Stapleton; six sons, Patrick (Jenny) Harvey of Milton, W.Va., Joseph (Tammy) Harvey of Florida, Ricky Stapleton II of Milton, W.Va., George W. Stapleton, Christopher L. Stapleton, both of East Lynn, and Shawn M. (Jennifer) Stapleton of Florida,; 11 grandchildren, Jayden, Austin, Layla Faye, Summer Lynn, and Carter Stapleton, Chelcy Harvey (Kyle), Winston, Devon, Brayden, and Henry Harvey; one great granddaughter, Skarlette Weekley.

Also surviving are two brothers, William A. (Cheryl) Caldwell of Genoa, W.Va., and Roy G. (Rebecca) Caldwell of Wayne; two sisters, Debbie (Darrell) Moore of South Point, Oh., and Mary (Ralph) Damron of Wayne; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with Elders Tommy Damron and Tony Clay officiating.  Burial will follow in the Asbury Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday.
