PEGGY ANN ROWE, 46, of Wayne, W.Va., passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017.  Born August 17, 1970 at Medina, Ohio, Peggy was a homemaker.  She was preceded in death by her father Kenneth Smith.

Survivors include her mother Virginia Johnson (Charles) of Huntington; her son, Justin Rowe (Brandie) of Branchland, W.Va.; two daughters, Kayla Rowe (Keith) of Huntington, Nikita Rowe (Robert) of Salem, Va.; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Jacob Smith of Huntington, Raymond Smith (Dee) of North Carolina; one sister, Becky Smith of Wayne; two special friends, Rene Davidson and Rick Adkins; and a host of friends and family too numerous to mention.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12 noon, Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with David Ross officiating.  Burial will follow in Community Memorial Gardens.  Friends may call after 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
