RACHEL LEANNE CARROLL, 47, of Genoa, W.Va., formerly of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away Monday, October 12, 2020 of an extended illness.  She was born July 18, 1973 in Parkersburg, and was of Christian faith. She was preceded in death by her  special friend Dorothy Ruble.

Survivors include her mother, Debra Showalter of Parkersburg; three brothers, Don (Janell) Carroll Jr. of Marietta, Oh., Larry Carroll, and Shaun (Amy) Balderson, all of Parkersburg; one sister, Nikki Balderson (Scott) of Austin, Tx.; special caregivers Alvra and Janel Adams III; and aunts, uncles, and cousins too numerous to mention.

Private services will be held for the family.  Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home, Wayne, West Virginia.
