RAYMOND EUGENE CHINN, JR., 40, of Huntington , W.Va. , passed away Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at home.  Born January 9, 1978 in Huntington , W.Va. , Ray was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Jane Pelfrey Mooney, his grandmother Delores "Lorsie" Morris, and his papaw Dexter Miller.

He leaves behind his father, Raymond Eugene Chinn of Chesapeake , Oh.; his grandmother Janet Pelfrey of Geogia; his children, Tori Chinn, Ashley Chinn, Jon Chinn, all of Wayne, and Aaylah Chafin of Lavalette, W.Va.; two sisters, Jackie Chinn and Angie Morris, both of Huntington; nieces and nephews Shelby Chapman, Corey Chapman, Paige Chapman, Dylan McCloud, Breanna Raines, and Noah Chafin.

Ray is also survived by his girlfriend Janie Judd; her son Dionte Coleman, both of Huntington; and her grandchildren Ayleigh Coleman and Maddon Coleman, both of Milton , W.Va.

A celebration of life will be held from 5 -7 p.m. Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home, Wayne.
