The Lord took another angel, SALLY ANN PLEMMONS, 53, of East Lynn, W.Va., into His heavenly kingdom on Sunday, January 17, 2016.  She was born February 9, 1962 in Ooltewah, Tenn., a daughter of the late Vance and Annie Passmore.  Her husband Gary Plemmons also preceded her in death along with one son, Alexander Hooper.  Sally was a homemaker and a jack of all trades.

She leaves behind on son, David Hooper and his wife Ashley of East Lynn; two grandsons Jacob Hooper and Dominic Hooper; as well as Willard Cyphers whom she thought of as her own.

Private services will be held for family.  Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.
