SARAH ELIZABETH CHANEY, 80, of South Point, Ohio, went to be with the Lord and loved ones on Thursday, May 3, 2018.  She was born February 14, 1938 in Chesapeake, Ohio, a daughter of the late Rex and Kathleen Davis.  Her infant daughter, Dora Lee Davis also preceded her in death along with one nephew Jack Hilton.

She leaves behind two sisters, Tharon Hilton of Wewoka, Oklahoma, and Wilma Lindsey of Kenova, W.Va.; one brother Rex S. Davis of Lodi, Cal.; nieces and nephews, Andrew Hilton, Jeff Hilton, Linda Mooney, Darlene Davis, and Kathleen Lindsey Blake; great nieces Sydney and Elizabeth Blake, as well as several other special great nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.

The family would like to express their warmest thanks to the staff of River's Bend Nursing Care, Hospice of Huntington, and those who visited during her illness.

Per her request, there will be no services.  Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.
