TEXANN FINLEY, 68, of Wayne, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 12, 2016.  She was born April 22, 1947 in Wayne, a daughter of the late Ivan and Elsie Nelson Smith.  Her brother Virgil Smith also preceded her in death along with three sisters, Thelma, Neltha, and Ruth.  Texann was a homemaker and a member of the Old Bethlehem Association, Salem Church.

She leaves behind her loving husband, Boyd. F. Finley; three brothers, Ivan Smith, Jr., Boyd Smith, and Roscoe Smith; four sisters, Catherine Cook, Georgia Frasher, Wanda Robinson, and Dovie Maynard; and many friends.

Graveside services were conducted Saturday, February 13, 2016 at the Finley Cemetery with Pastor Roger Maynard and Brother Bruce Finley officiating.  Johnson Tiller Funeral Home is honored to serve the Finley family.
