TIMOTHY SCOTT "Corky" SIZEMORE, 27, of Louisa, Ky., passed away Saturday, September 9, 2017 after a long illness. Born December 21,1989 at Logan, W.Va., he was preceded in death by Granny Martha Block, Grandpa Ron Sizemore, and Grandma Patty Sizemore. He is survived by his father and mother James and Cathy Sizemore of Louisa, Ky.; grandpa and grandma Johnny and Joann Belt of Calhoun, W.Va.; brothers Donnie Sizemore of Louisville, Ky., Anthony Sizemore, and James Sizemore Jr. both of Louisa, Ky.; sister Kristina Sizemore of Louisa, Ky.; two nephews, Hunter Peirson and Carter Sizemore; three nieces, Lacey Peirson, Kelly Sizemore, and Brylee Sizemore; several uncles and aunts; and friends too numerous to mention. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 11 a.m, at the Little Yellow Church at Jennie's Creek, with Brother A.J. Block officiating. Burial will follow after at the Sizemore Cemetery. Friends may call from  6-9 p.m. Monday at the church. Johnson Tiller funeral home is honored to serve the Sizemore family.
