Angela Dawn (Parsons) Carter

ANGELA DAWN CARTER, 46, of Genoa, W.Va., passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.  Born January 19, 1975 in Huntington, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Robert and Debra Parsons.

            Survivors include her loving husband, Matthew Carter; two sons, J.R. Deranger and Austin Carter, all of Genoa; two daughters, Chloe Elliott and Tayleen Gibbons; grandchildren, Julian, Mailiya, Archer, and Ameca; one sister, Syble Parsons of Coal Grove, Oh.; one nephew, John Cooper of Ironton, Oh.; special friends Heather Dean of Barboursville, W.Va., Jonathan (Amber) Crabtree of Genoa, Dahnella Brown and family  of South Point, Oh., and Michelle and John Crabtree and family, of Genoa; along with numerous family and friends. 

            Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.  Visitation will begin at 11 a.m.
