Billy Adkins, 77, of West Hamlin, W.Va., died February 22, 2023 at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was the husband of Ada Adkins. Per his request, there will be no public services. Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.
