Billy Allen Bowling, Jr.

BILLY ALLEN BOWLING, JR., 53, of East Lynn, West Virginia, passed away Friday, December 13, 2024, at his home.  He was born July 13, 1971, in Chicago, Illinois, and was employed by Asplundh.  His father Billy Allen Bowling, Sr., preceded him in death along with two brothers, Joseph Bowling and Dwayne Smith; one sister Tonya Smith; maternal grandparents Ada and Philip Howes; and one uncle, Dwight Howes.

                He is survived by his mother, Linda (James) Smith of Lavalette, W.Va.; one daughter, Gabrielle Bowling of Wayne, W.Va.; one son Devlin Bowling of Huntington, W.Va.; and four grandchildren, Isaac, Aubrey, Evelyn, and Amaya Coleman.

                Also surviving is one sister, Beverly (Duane) Maxey of Kentucky; one brother James (Lara) Smith, Jr., of Indiana; nieces Chelsea (Gary III) Stevenson of Lavalette, Shaelea Alexander of Huntington, Emma Smith and Ava Smith; great nephew Jaxen Stevenson, and great nieces Rylee Kennedy and Kylin Flowers; as well as a host of family and friends.

                Per his request, services will be private.  Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.
