Billy Shamblin Obituary
BILLY RAY SHAMBLIN, 68, of Barboursville, W.Va. died at St. Mary's Hospital. He was born December 23, 1951 at Charleston, W.Va., a son of the late Delmar and Violet Edens Shamblin. He was a US Marine Corp veteran.
He is survived by a son, Billy Ray Shamblin, II, of Teays Valley, W.Va. Graveside services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, February 8, 2019 at the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.
