Carolyn Gale Wilson

CAROLYN GALE WILSON, 72, of Huntington, W.Va., went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 9, 2022.  She was born September 1, 1950, in Dunlow, W.Va., a daughter of the late Russell and Amanda Johnson.  Her husband Joe Wilson also preceded her in death along with her son, Wally Plumley; sisters Linda Kay Boeker, and Joyce Ann Martins; and one brother Glen Johnson. 

                Survivors include her daughters Audra Callicoat of Huntington, and Elizabeth Callicoat and her husband Matt Skean of Durant, Okla.; one stepdaughter, Whitney Eskew of Huntington; and three grandchildren Balance Callicoat, Megan Skean, and Alexia Skean.

                Also surviving are two sisters, Shirley (Ercel) Sias of South Point, Oh., and Wilma Topping of Proctorville, Oh.; one brother Harold (Tennessee) Johnson of Ft. Gay, W.Va.; several nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as a host of friends.

A Celebration of life will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.  Visitation will begin at 5 p.m.
