CINDERELLA MOORE BELCHER, 89, of East Lynn, W.Va., went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 12, 2023. Called both “Cindy” and “Ellen”, she was born June 11, 1934, in Clintwood, Va., a daughter of the late Tolby and Mae Stanley Moore. Her husband Howard Belcher also preceded her in death along with two brothers, Ellis Moore and Otis Moore; two sisters, Mary Ann White and Cora Stanley Henning; one son, Stan Stanley; and one grandson, Timothy Roller. Cindy is survived by three daughters, Catherine (Dana) Cooper of Thornville, Oh., Tricia Farmer of Columbus, Oh., and Ashima (Gary) Evans of Cardington, Oh.; 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; three sisters, Jean Tipton, Gail Scott, and Leona Wallace; special friends Rita and Cletis Smith, and Vernon Mills; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday, October 15, 2023, at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with Brother Gary Queen officiating. Visitation will begin at noon. She will be laid to rest at Berkshire Cemetery, Sunbury, Oh., following a funeral at Snyder Funeral Home, DeVore Chapel, Sunbury, Ohio at a date to be announced.
