Dale "Rail" Perry

DALE “RAIL” PERRY, 64, of Wayne, W.Va., died February 24, 2026, at Cabell Huntington Hospital following a long battle with cancer.  He was born September 18, 1961, in West Hamlin, W.Va., a son of the late Odas and Louise Perry.  Also preceding him in death was a nephew Charles Michael Skeens and a brother-in-law, Charlie Skeens.

                He leaves behind four sisters, Maple (Sam) Giles of Taylorsville, Ga., Estelle Skeens of Wayne, Ladonna (Jeremy) Skeans, also of Wayne, and Velma (Stanley) Adkins of East Lynn, W.Va.; four brothers, Gale (Patty) Perry of East Lynn, Melvin “Red” (Linda) Perry of Barboursville, W.Va., Jerry (Katie) Perry of Kenova, W.Va., and Paris Perry of Salt Rock, W.Va.; special friends Barry McMillion of East Lynn, and Heather and Robert Kennedy of Wayne; along with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

                Graveside services will be held at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.
