DEBORAH LYNN ALIFF, 57, of Wayne, W.Va., went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 17, 2024. She was born October 6, 1967, in Rittman, Ohio, a daughter of the late Goldie and Dewey Rice. Also preceding her in death were two brothers, Dewey Keith Tomblin and William Tomblin; one sister, Lisa Rector; her grandparents Johnny and Mary Rice and Alma Wallace; and one nephew, Dalton Rice. Debbie was an in-home caregiver with Wayne County Community Center.
She leaves behind her loving husband of 37 years, Eddie Aliff; one son, Edward Allen Aliff II; one sister, Angel Neace of Genoa, W.Va.; three brothers, Terry (Mary) Tomblin of South Carolina, Dana Rice, and John (Deb) Rice, all of Wayne; granddaughter Makayla Rice; special friends Haleigh Rowe of Lavalette, W.Va., and Susie Hale of Ohio; and a host of dear nieces, nephews, and friends too numerous to mention.
Graveside services will be conducted at noon on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at the George Edwards Cemetery, Edds Branch. Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home. Donations to assist the family are suggested.
