DREWIE WILLIS BROWNING, 82, of Genoa, W.Va., passed away Friday, July 30, 3021 at King’s Daughters Medical Center. He was born March 20, 1939, in Wayne County, West Virginia, a son of the late William and Ora Damron Browning. Also preceding him in death was his first wife Georgia Sue Browning; two brothers, George Browning and Dan Browning; and one sister Marybell Meddings. Drewie was retired from Ford Motor Company.
He is survived by his wife Tammy Browning; three sons, Rodney Browning of Chippewa Lake, Oh., Willis (Rhonda) Browning of Ft. Gay, W.Va., and John Browning of Huntington, W.Va.; one daughter, Pamela (Chuck) Stringer of Marion, Oh.; two step-sons, Colton Collins and Corbin Collins, both of Genoa; three nephews, Kenny (Minerva) Meddings of Wayne, Jimmy Whitt of Genoa, and Brian (Rose) Nelson of Dunlow, W.Va.; along with a host of friends and family.
Procession will depart Johnson Tiller Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 7, 2021 for graveside services at 11 a.m. at the Jerry Williamson Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.
