Ernest Mills

ERNEST MILLS, 74, of Kenova, W.Va., passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021.  He was born July 17, 1946 in Dunlow, W.Va., a son of the late Milton and Jessie Mills.  His wife Rosa Lee Mills also preceded him in death along with one son, Ernie Lee Mills; one brother, Billy Mills; and two sisters, Delcie Adkins and Reba Aldridge.

            Survivors include two daughters, Bonnie (David) Francis of Kenova, and Angie Skaggs (Charles Crockett) also of Kenova; three granddaughters, Kinzi Mills of Lavalette, W.Va., Alaina Mills, and Gretchen Mills, both of Barboursville, W.Va.; four grandsons, Andrew Mills, Brandon Francis, Hunter Francis all of Kenova, and Brok Mills of Barboursville; and one great granddaughter, Aurora Francis of Kenova.

            Also surviving are two brothers, Boyd Mills of Dunlow, and Bobby (Debbie) Mills of Dresden, Oh.; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.

            Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with Pastor Roger Watts officiating.  Burial will follow in Spring Valley Memory Gardens.  Visitation will be held from 6 – 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
