EWEL THOMAS GRAHAM, 83, of Lavalette, W.Va., passed away March 18, 2024, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. He was born December 6, 1940, in Lavalette, W.Va., a son of the late Hughie and Rose Graham. Also preceding him in death were four sisters; three brothers; two sons, Thomas and Timothy Graham; one daughter, Tammy Graham; and an infant grandson, Cecil Andrew Ferguson II. Ewel served in the US Army from 1960-1962 and was a retired construction worker.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Betty Graham; two daughters, Teresa (Cecil) Ferguson of Kentucky and Tiffany Graham of Ohio and her fiancé Shane Hutchinson; 16 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; one brother Ronald (Judy) Graham of Lavalette; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. To know Ewel was to love him and he touched the lives of all who met him.
Funeral service will be conducted at noon on Friday, March 22, 2024, at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with Pastor Shirley Ball officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Valley Memory Gardens. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m.
