Izek Thierry

IZEK LEE THIERRY, 46, of Wayne, W.Va., passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2024.  He was born October 14, 1977, in Huntington, W.Va. and was a handyman.   His father Robert Lee Thierry preceded him in death along with his maternal and paternal grandparents, and a sister-in-law, Samantha Thierry.

          Survivors include his mother, Peggy Thierry of Genoa, W.Va.; two brothers, Robert Thierry Jr., of Lavalette, W.Va., and Jacob Jay (Dora) Thierry of Wayne; nephews Jacob Jay Thierry II (Morgan Pack) of Fort Gay, W.Va., Michael Thierry (Brenda Christian), Michael Thierry II, both of Genoa, and Robbie Thierry of Lavalette; one niece, Oaklynn Thierry of Genoa; children he raised, Aaliyah Ramey and Jacob Ramey, both of East Lynn, W.Va.; special friends Dave Barger and Hobert Porter, both of East Lynn; and a host of family and friends too numerous to mention.

           Though Izek may no longer walk beside us, his smile will forever be remembered to those Izek touched.

Graveside services will be conducted at 4 pm Tuesday July 23, 2024 at the Ramey Cemetery with Brother Herman Dingess officiating. Visitation will begin at 11 am at the home of his mother, Peggy Thierry. Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.
