James Carl Rowe

     JAMES CARL ROWE, 71, of Genoa, W.Va., passed away Sunday, October 13, 2024, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. He was born July 26. 1953, at Louisa. Ky., a son of the late Curtis and Lillian Rowe.

     Survivors include his two brothers, Roger (Kim) Rowe of Dunlow, W.Va., and Charles (Tammy) Rowe of Genoa; four sisters, Maxine Riffle of Parkersburg, W.Va., Shirley Thompson of Lavalette, W.Va., Ellen Merrit of East Lynn, W.Va., and Letha Stewart of Wayne. W.Va.; as well as dearly beloved nieces and nephews.

     The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Hospice of Huntington and Hospice House for their care and support. Per his wishes, there will be no public services.  Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.
