JENNIE LEE TOLLETT has finally been joined with her Savior, Jesus. And if that wasn’t amazing enough, she’s been reunited with her beloved mother, Ruby. Anyone who knew Jennie loved her. Gentle and kind, Jennie was a gem. Jennie was a loving mother and proud grandmother. Jennie was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee and grew up in Chickamauga, Georgia. Jennie worked as a health care assistant. Jennie was a lifetime follower of Jesus Christ.
Jennie is survived by her daughters Celeste (Brooks) Webb and Kirsten “Niki” Webb; her grandchildren who she adored and was so very proud of: Adam, Clay, Kate, Riley, and Lila; her sister Claudia (David) Garren; as well as nieces, nephews, and many friends.
The family is eternally grateful to those who loved and cared for Jennie over the years until her final moments: Wayne Health Center, Cabell Huntington Hospital (especially Rihanna and Christina) and the Hubbard House in Charleston, WV. All those who knew Jennie loved her. Her sweetness and humor will be missed, but there is great comfort in knowing she is whole again.
A memorial service for friends and family will be announced at a later time and will be handled by Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.
