Kennith "Tobe" Ray Napier

KENNITH RAY “TOBE” NAPIER, 71, of East Lynn, W.Va., passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at home.  He was born May 10, 1952, at Kiahsville, W.Va., a son of the late Edgar and Milda Napier.  Also preceding him in death was one sister, Judy Faye King; and one brother Bobby Joe Napier.  Tobe was retired from Hercie Trucking. 

                Survivors include his loving wife, Teresa Napier; three daughters, Angie Napier, Armilda Napier, and Amanda Napier; one son, Kennith Napier Jr.; 10 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; three sisters, Linda, Jewel, and Donna; three brothers, Charles, David, and Roger; along with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

                Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 21, 2024, at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with.  Burial will follow in Community Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday.
