Marvin Blankenship

MARVIN BLANKENSHIP, 72, of Point Pleasant, W.Va., formerly of Huntington, W.Va. passed away Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Pleasant Valley Healthcare Center.  He was born October 27, 1950, in Wayne County, West Virginia and was a retired carpenter.  He was preceded in death by his mother Martha (Bud “Kin”) Perry; grandparents, Doc and Chaney Blankenship; and one grandson Benjamin Blankenship.

Survivors include one son, Allen (Christie) Blankenship; and three grandchildren, Brady Blankenship, Austin Blankenship, and Anna Blankenship all of Huntington.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, September 25, 2023, at the Blankenship Cemetery.  Arrangement entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.
