MICHAEL LEE RICKMAN, 65, of Lavalette, W.Va., was welcomed into the loving arms of his Savior on June 11, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents Everett and Betty Arlene Rickman; one brother, Everett Rickman Jr.; and one sister, Marilyn Rickman
He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Teresa Rickman; one daughter, Allison Wood (Tyler); two sisters, Carolyn Blankenship and Ruth Ann Rickman; a brother-in-law, Larry Perry (Michele) of Chuluota, Fla.; a sister-in-law, Dianna Mills (Mark), of Lavalette; one granddaughter, Aubree Anderson; and three grandsons, Joshua Rogers, Jason Wood and Jacob Wood. Mike was a dedicated family man and demonstrated his love for his wife, daughter, and grandkids by being unselfish. He was a faithful member of Grace Gospel Church for 29 years.
Funeral services will be conducted at noon on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Jonson Tiller Funeral Home with Pastor Keith Wiebe officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery Annex. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday.
Michael was loved by many, and the void in their lives will be felt for many years. He will be forever cherished by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
